This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Youll work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to maintain stock levels, manage deliveries and ensure our supplies systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Main duties of the job
- Ensuring all departments are fully stocked, supporting uninterrupted patient care
- Receiving, checking and storing deliveries accurately and safely
- Maintaining clean, organised and compliant storerooms
- Raising purchase orders and managing stock control processes
- Supporting monthly stock counts and monitoring usage
- Delivering supplies across departments in a timely and professional manner
- Handling returned goods and managing credits where required
- Supporting safe storage and handling of specialist equipment (including oxygen cylinders)
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of infection control, health & safety and cleanliness

Essential:
- Good basic education (literacy and numeracy)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. stores, logistics, healthcare or similar)
Desirable:
- Experience in a healthcare or caring environment
- Knowledge of stock control or supplies management
- Awareness of health & safety practices
