We work across the age-span, and with inpatients, outpatients, family members, and staff members. We regularly host undergraduate and post-graduate placements and doctoral trainees. The psychology department is well-established and valued within the hospital, Trust, and hospital group.

This role will predominantly involve direct clinical work with patients and their families, alongside service evaluation, supporting pathway improvement projects, and upskilling colleagues in multi-disciplinary teams.

We are a friendly, dedicated, and supportive team, evidenced through our outstanding results on the annual NHS Staff Survey. Members of the team gave particularly high positive scores for questions relating to their role, team, and leadership of the department.

If you would like to know more about the Trust, department, or this role, please do not hesitate to contact us.
