Job summary
The Parchmore Group provides GP services to almost 18,000 patients in Thornton Heath and South Croydon. We are an innovative, forward thinking, multi-award winning GP training practice, with a committed team. We provide multi-professional teaching. We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacist team working at both sites.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Pharmacist is very much a patient facing role and there will be plenty of opportunity to use your clinical skills to improve the health of the local community; this will include managing long term conditions, supporting hospital discharge prescribing arrangements, providing specific advice for those on multiple medications, clinical audits to improve patient care and supporting the practices to develop the clinical pharmacist role. Clinical supervision and mentorship will be provided.

Our practice team consists of a large non clinical team, Practice Pharmacists, Physicians Associates, 5 Practice Nurses, 3 HCAs, 5 Partners and 10 Salaried GPs. We have regular social events such as quiz evenings, BBQ, Xmas party and an extra day's leave is given for birthdays.
