The role ensures services are clinically safe, compliant with NHSE service specifications, and fully integrated with NHS 111, ambulance services, emergency departments, and community pathways. The post-holder will have leadership responsibility supporting system flow, patient access, and high-quality outcomes across 24/7 services combined with an active clinical practice.
