Main duties of the job

The core clinical duties of this post will involve rotation through the different components of Stroke Care including:

Management of Acute Stroke Unit (R2 Ward) Hyperacute assessment and care of acute admissions in A & E including assessment for and administration of Thrombolysis.

Stroke Rehabilitation ward - Lewin Rehab ward - which is adjacent to the Acute Stroke Unit.

Participation in the Neurovascular clinic(s).

Opportunity to attend specialist Stroke clinics.
