Main duties of the job

From the first conversation to move-in, youll offer personalized support and relationship-building to help families make informed decisions. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and home team to drive occupancy and manage enquiries while delivering exceptional experiences to prospective residents. This position requires someone with outstanding communication skills, sales or relationship management experience, and a passion for making a difference. Youll be responsible for delivering tours, building relationships with families and local networks, and monitoring market activities to enhance occupancy. About the Role
As our Client Liaison Manager, you'll support prospective residents and their families from first enquiry through to move-in, providing a warm, professional and personalised experience every step of the way.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider home team, you'll be responsible for driving occupancy, managing enquiries, building local referral networks and ensuring every prospective resident receives an exceptional experience.
What youll be doing
- Managing enquiries and supporting prospective residents and their families from their first enquiry through to move-in.
- Delivering engaging and personalised tours of the home, building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals and other key local stakeholders.
- Developing and managing a strong pipeline of prospective residents, driving occupancy through effective follow-up and conversion activities.
- Representing the home within the local community through networking, business development and community engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience and exceptional customer service throughout.
- Monitoring local market activity and identifying opportunities to enhance occupancy, performance and the home's profile within the community.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally people-focused, commercially aware and passionate about making a difference.
You will have experience in sales, relationship management, business development, customer engagement or a similar role where building trust and delivering results are equally important.
