Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Friendly professional administration Team at Dewsbury Hospital.

You will work as part of a multi skilled team providing a range of administration and clerical services.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide an efficient customer service dealing with enquiries from patients, carers, medical staff ,the multi disciplinary Team and General Practitioners.
  • Effectively utilise the Trusts information systems.
  • Arrange follow up appointments on the Trusts information systems as per standard operating procedures.
  • General Receptionist duties.
  • Telephone appointments
  • Maintain departmental filing systems.
