The Ophthalmology department requires an experienced clerical officer to work with the cataract unit team. You will be dealing with members of the public and patients and staff within the ophthalmology department of NHS Fife.
You will have excellent telephone communication skills to deal with multiple telephone calls from general practitioners, opticians, patients and other departments or health care organisations. We require you to be able to navigate around trakcare and organise appointments.
You will report to the Senior Charge Nurse Ophthalmology.
