Priory Hospital Arnold is looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in a permanent post working 35 hours per week.We know that a clean, safe environment is essential to delivering outstanding care. That’s why our Cleaning Supervisors play a key role in leading teams to deliver high standards across our services.We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can respond positively to change and challenges. You will be passionate about supporting others and helping your team succeed, ensuring cleaning services are delivered to operational standards. If you have experience in cleaning services and are ready to take the next step into a supervisory role, we’ll support you with ongoing development and the opportunity to grow your career with us.Working hours are 7:30 -15:00 Monday to FridayBased in the village of Calverton, in Nottingham and set in extensive grounds, Priory Hospital Arnold is an inpatient acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU), for males and females struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supervising a team of cleaning staff to deliver high standards across the site
  • Planning and coordinating staff rotas to ensure continuity of service
  • Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team members
  • Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Managing stock, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and stock control
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
  • Supporting training and ensuring team compliance with required standards
