Priory Hospital Market Weighton is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team. We know that a clean, safe environment is essential to delivering outstanding care. That’s why our Cleaners play such an important role in our services.We’re looking for people who care and take pride in contributing to an essential service. You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. In return, we’ll support you with full training and the opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.We are happy to discuss your preferences for working days and hours, with shifts typically available between 7am–5pm, Monday to Sunday. Priory Hospital Market Weighton, East Yorkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males, offering a tailored therapeutic programme focused on stabilisation, skills development, and community integration. It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop nearby and local bus and train links in the surrounding area. The M62 motorway is approximately 8 miles away, with road connections along the main York–Hull route.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
- Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
- Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
- Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
- Supporting colleagues where required
