Join Our Team as a Child & Family Targeted Nurse (CFTN)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? As a Child & Family Targeted Nurse (CFTN), you'll be at the heart of safeguarding and supporting families in need, working collaboratively with a variety of agencies to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
In this vital role, you’ll take the lead in championing the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures. You’ll support the delivery of clinical and safeguarding supervision for the team, ensuring the highest standards of care for every child.
Partnering with Specialist Public Health Nurses (Health Visitors and School Nurses), you'll help deliver the Healthy Child Programme, providing exceptional care to children and young people from birth to 19 years. Working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll be part of a community dedicated to improving the health and future of Oldham's children.
This role offers flexibility, as you'll be based for administrative purposes at one location, but may be asked to work from various sites across Oldham, depending on the needs of the service. If you're ready to be a vital part of our integrated Children & Families Service, we want to hear from you.
