<h3>Package Description</h3><p>As a Child and Family Lifestyle Coach, youll be part of our valued 019 Children and Young Peoples Service, supporting families across Warwickshire.</p><p>You will work with children, young people and families to improve health and wellbeing through evidence-based interventions focused on healthy eating, physical activity, breastfeeding, responsive weaning and oral health.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>Job Introduction</h3><p>We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Child and Family Lifestyle Coach to join our Warwickshire team.</p><p>In this rewarding role, you will engage with children, young people and families across North, South and Central Warwickshire to help them make positive and sustainable lifestyle changes. Using behaviour change techniques such as motivational interviewing, goal setting and confidence building, you will provide tailored support to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.</p><p>You will work within family hubs, healthy child clinics, schools and community settings, delivering one-to-one and group interventions to families with children aged 019 years, and up to 25 years for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).</p><p>This role also includes supporting families identified through the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and signposting them to relevant serv
