  • Monitor residents wellbeing, recognising changes that impact care and ensuring care plans are updated accordingly.
  • Act as a key lead for safeguarding within residential care, ensuring concerns are identified, escalated and managed appropriately
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives and visitors, responding to reasonable requests and escalating concerns appropriately.
