Main duties of the job

All you need is compassion and the right to work in the UK. We provide fully funded training and excellent career development. You'll benefit from gratitude, stories, smiles, and more, including outstanding career development, qualifications up to QCF Level 5, 36 work hours per week with alternating weekends, and earnings up to £12.76 per hour. Care Assistants provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, assist with medication, support residents with daily activities and routines, build meaningful relationships, and help enrich residents' lives through social engagement. Applicants need not have previous care experience, just kindness and motivation to help others. You must have a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK and be able to work alternate weekends.
