Main duties of the job
Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. No experience is needed as we provide full training and support. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, administer and record medication, promote dignity and independence, and engage in social activities. The role offers career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We have positions available for days and nights, requiring 42 hours per week including alternate weekends.
