Main duties of the job

You will assist residents with personal hygiene care, promoting optimum independence and respecting their dignity at all times. It will be important to identify and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection in residents, escalating these risks promptly. Interaction with residents and visitors should always be courteous and respectful, preserving the individuality of each person.
