Agincare offers fully funded professional training, qualifications, and career development. Flexible contracts are available, paying up to £13.40 per hour plus 32p per mile for mileage. A referral program offers up to £1,000 for recommending a friend. Benefits include Blue Light discounts and a pension scheme. Requirements include a UK driving license (preferred) and alternate weekend work. Non-UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK and at least 12 months left on their visa, noting no current sponsorship is available.
