Main duties of the job

This job requires a compassionate individual to join as a Care Assistant, entrusted with the care of female residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and joy. The role is exclusively for female candidates, a requirement under the Equality Act 2010, due to the need to maintain resident dignity during personal care.
