Main duties of the job
Join our Lansdowne care home team as a Care Assistant and make a real difference in residents lives. You dont need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others. We provide fully funded training and excellent career development to help you grow, with opportunities to gain qualifications up to QCF Level 5. Youll work as part of a caring team, providing high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with medication, supporting daily living activities, and promoting their dignity and independence. You must be compassionate, patient, and great with people, as well as have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months. This post is restricted to female applicants due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Lansdowne Hill Care Home is the workplace, and the role offers £12.76 per hour with additional benefits such as Blue Light Card discounts and a company pension scheme.

- Night Care Assistantto work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends
