Main duties of the job

This position is designated for female candidates due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement as per Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, necessitated by the need to provide personal care to women, maintaining their dignity and privacy. Candidates are invited to join as a Home Care Assistant, contributing to the well-being of individuals by providing essential support to help them stay independent and comfortable in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily tasks, fostering a reassuring and comforting atmosphere. The role requires alternate weekend shifts and is open to individuals with a valid right to work in the UK for at least 12 more months.
