Job summary

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to older people living in one of Jewish Care's residential care homes. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, meals, mobility, and social engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their individual preferences and supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
