Job summary

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care and daily routines, meals and activities, while also offering companionship and emotional support. By getting to know each resident as an individual and understanding what matters to them, you will help create a safe, welcoming environment where people feel valued and able to live well. Working closely with colleagues, families and other members of the care team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care and creating meaningful moments every day. Main duties of the job

Working pattern

Youll work on a two-week rolling rota:

Week 1: 4 days Week 2: 2 days 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
