Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will play a crucial role in helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and creating great moments and memories with residents.
