Main duties of the job

This role is for a casual, part-time Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home in Fareham, offering flexible working hours at a pay rate of £13.70 per hour. The successful candidate will assist residents with daily activities, providing care, support, companionship, and ensuring that quality care is delivered. The position allows for variety in work, from assisting with food and drink to care planning and providing one-on-one time with residents. Applicants should have some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a compassionate nature.
