Main duties of the job
- You will lead and manage a site-specific portfolio of capital projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality, safety and compliance standards.
- Duties include managing staff, budgets, consultants and contractors; developing business cases and project plans; monitoring risks, performance and expenditure; and reporting to senior leaders and governance forums.
- You will provide specialist estates advice, maintain compliance with relevant legislation, HTMs, HBNs and Trust policies, engage clinical and corporate stakeholders, support strategic capital planning and deputise for senior Capital Projects leadership when required.
