An exciting opportunity has arisen for x2 Business Support Clerical Assistant based at The Johnnie Walker Bond.
What you will do:
In support of our core purpose of working together to achieve the healthiest life possible for everyone in Ayrshire and Arran, we are committed to aculture that is Caring, Safe and Respectful. As a Business Support Clerical Assistant based within the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, you will provide a comprehensive administrative support service for East Ayrshire District Nursing Teams.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. SVQ Level 2in Business Administration or equivalent experience is essential. A good knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages and working in anadministrative role are essential. With relevant IT qualifications (ECDL) experience of EMIS and working in a Hospital / Community setting are desirable, however training will be provided. Primary duties will mainly be receiving calls and population of EMIS, face to face interaction with colleagues, relatives and patients and dealing with telephone enquiries from patients, relatives, GPs and other external and internal agencies.

Post 1: 22.2 hours per week
