This is a fixed term, part time position until 31/03/2026.

The shift pattern for this position is Hrs to include 1 evening at Easterhouse Health Centre or Pollok Health Centre 17:45-21:30. Remaining hrs by agreement at Gartnavel Royal Hospital.

(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

This 18.5hr post will provide administrative support to Youth Health Service & associated programmes.Hours to be agreed with successful candidate but also to meet needs of the service and to include one shift 1.30-9.30pm on a Monday evening in Pollok or Easterhouse Health Centre. The postholder may be asked to cover additional evening services to assist with colleagues’ leave.

The service provides holistic support to young people. A key role of the post holder is managing referrals to the service, administering appointment systems, managing waiting lists and enquiries to the service, liaising with the clinical team and collating performance management data.

Experience in the following systems would be desirable: Microsoft Office, CHI, EMIS WEB, PIMS, SCI Store, SCI Gateway, Clinical Portal, Care First, SSTS, EESS, FM First etc.

Experience of working with young people is an advantage. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work & communicate effectively with stakeholders / young people / families are key skills for this post.

The core team are based in Gartnavel Royal Hospital; however the service is delivered in a variety of venues across the city.
