We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to ensure we are delivering outstanding services to the children and young people in Buckinghamshire; support changes in service that meet needs of the Buckinghamshire CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service).

Main duties of the job

You will work alongside the Operational Lead for the ADHD Medication Clinic, to support with focused areas of service delivery and operational matters. Along with the following:

  • To manage and co-ordinate the work with our partners and families to identify creative and innovative responses to need.
  • To support performance management.
  • To support the administrative team in their day to day tasks.
  • To support the new recruitment campaign

Overall , this role will offer you the opportunity to make an active and meaningful contribution to our exciting service at at time of modernisation and redesign that is based on the Thrive model, ensuring children and young people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place, from individuals with the right skills. You will also build and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies, and internal team supporting the development of systems to identify performance and quality of the service .

With great communication and organisation skills, and a flexible can-do approach, you will work as an integral member of the leadership team of the CAMHS Neurodevelopmental service across Buckinghamshire .
