Priory Dunvegan is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team. This is a bank role. Dunvegan is located in the town of Stenhousemuir, near Falkirk, in Scotland. It offers residential support for 33 males and females who have a learning disability, and is split across a main house and eight bungalows, which creates a small community feel. We can also support people who are on the autism spectrum or have mental health needs.
What you'll be doing
- You will ensure our residents have any personal needs or requirements met; including any personal care, participation in activities or support with daily living tasks
- You'll complete daily admin including updating person centred support and care plans, updating charts and completing accurate daily notes
- Maintain professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people who use our service, their family, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders
- Provide advice and guidance to less experienced staff undertaking similar duties.
