In such cases, they will be expected to begin working towards it within six months of joining and complete it within a specified timeframe. Experience in a related environment is desirable and would be advantageous for the role.

Highfields is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.Highfields is located in Chasetown, Staffordshire. We offer residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. Highfields is on the edge of a suburban area, close to a local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
What you'll be doing
- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- To undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation
- The role holder should have a flexible and innovative approach to their work and be able to facilitate and support service users in decision making, promoting choice and involvement at all times.
