Experience working with people who have disabilities, mental health challenges, or elderly clients is highly valued, as it reflects an understanding of their unique needs. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Additionally, the ability to remain calm in emergency situations and accurately follow care plans is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of those you support. You will also have a UK driving license and have been driving in the UK for three years.

Mather Fold House is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.We are located in High Walton, a suburb of Preston. It offers residential support for six adult males and females, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability.Our staff are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment, where individuals are fully involved in their care and support planning, to lead a more independent and fulfilling life. We want to improve the health and well-being of the people we care for, and are focused on achieving positive outcomes.
What you'll be doing
