The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification. They should also have GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths. It is acknowledged that not all new recruits will have obtained the NVQ Level 2 qualification upon appointment; however, they will be expected to begin the process of attaining it within six months of joining and complete it within a specified timeframe. While experience of working in a related environment is desirable, it is not essential.

We work with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, often with complex needs.Our 24/7 specialist supported living services are designed to promote independence while providing the right level of support, including 1:1 and 2:1 staffing where required. We empower individuals to build essential life skills and live as independently as possible.
What you'll be doing
- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- To undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation
