What you'll do:

• Deliver high quality care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs.
• Provide safe and effective nursing care, ensuring patients receive individualised support throughout their treatment journey.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient centred care.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
• Take accountability for your own clinical practice and maintain high professional standards.

What you'll bring:

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous acute hospital nursing experience.
• A commitment to delivering safe, high quality patient care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
