Main duties of the job
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Agincare, you will be part of a welcoming and specialized support team working at Agincourt Care Home. The role is focused on delivering person-centred care, ensuring residents receive personal care including bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice. You will also participate in care reviews to ensure care plans meet residents' needs and administer medication safely. - Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.
