Spire Shawfair Park is now recruiting an MRI Radiographer to join their team on a bank basis

Spire Shawfair Park Hospital is a modern, purpose-built private hospital located in south-east Edinburgh. As part of Spire Edinburgh Hospitals, it provides a comprehensive range of treatments, diagnostics, and specialist services, supported by experienced consultants and dedicated clinical teams. Since opening in 2010, the hospital has been delivering high-quality healthcare to patients across Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and the Scottish Borders, offering excellent facilities, convenient access, and a strong focus on outstanding patient care.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients and to make informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required
  • Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient
  • Ensure that Spire radiology procedures are implemented and maintained

Who we're looking for

  • You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and be registered with the HCPC
  • Experience working within MRI and plain film
