Job summary

We have an opportunity for a Radiographer to join their team of staff in the Imaging department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Job responsibilities

Radiographer | Bank Contract - Ad hoc | Imaging | Norwich | We have an opportunity for a Radiographer to join their team of staff in the Imaging department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Duties and responsibilities:

Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service

Experience a varied caseload in theatres

Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities

Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.

HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer

Good understanding of IR(ME)R, health & safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
