Main duties of the job

Shifts can be booked easily through an app, providing convenience and efficiency. The staff bank includes weekdays, nights, and weekends. The job involves working in an environment that supports people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. It's challenging yet rewarding, offering the chance to see individuals improve and gain independence over time. The service runs 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. The position comes with a zero-hour contract, offering the freedom to choose shifts weekly.

What you will be doing:

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Whether you are currently a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.
