The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality standard of care for patients in an environment conducive to learning for all staff and to ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the PCT competencies.

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direct supervision. All actions need to be in line with NMC codes and other statutory and organisational standards.

Maintain patient comfort, dignity and privacy at all times.
