An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Financial Strategy, Insight and Delivery team at BHRUT as a Senior Finance Business Partner.
This role is integral to the delivery of the Trust’s ambition to achieve a sustainable, breakeven financial position through outstanding use of resources. Aligned to clinical and operational teams, you will provide a highly professional and expert service.
The role will also help to deliver the collaboration agenda at NEL ICB, Acute Alliance and Place level as we strive to get best value from the Northeast London pound.
As a senior member of the organisation the post holder is expected to display ambition, providing inspirational, authentic and inclusive leadership, with a passion for delivering outstanding services for our residents and patients.
As an embedded member of the clinical and operational teams, the post holder will influence use of resource through both strengthening daily management and improving longer term planning and decision making through application of actionable intelligence.
The position is advertised as a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend beyond 12 months at the end of this term.
Northeast London (NEL) has a richly diverse population of around two million residents, with significant health inequalities and some of the fastest demographic growth in the country. BHRUT serves around 40% of this population and spends over £800m of revenue and approximately £50m of capital each year. The Trust is looking to further improve value for money from this expenditure and drive the organisation to a sustainable, breakeven financial position.
