Job overview

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities: Deliver a client-focused service that promotes excellent customer service and good working relationships. Manage all problems and changes within an ITIL-based framework, including new business planning, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and the production of management information. Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and assess the impact of transformation projects on service delivery. Plan, monitor, and record software license and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. Communicate effectively with a range of internal and external staff, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering client-focused support in line with Trust values. Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and staff development.
