We are looking for a self motivated and driven Strategy & Partnerships Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation and the health outcomes of the communities we serve.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide network of internal and external partners, helping to design innovative approaches that improve care, reduce inequalities and strengthen collaboration across Barking, Havering and Redbridge.
You will support the development of strategic plans, lead complex projects, and provide high-quality advice to senior colleagues.
A key part of the role is turning evidence, data and insight into practical action, helping teams to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting them to deliver change.
You will build strong relationships across the Trust, local Place partnerships and the wider North East London system, acting as an ambassador for long-term strategic thinking.
We are seeking someone who is analytically strong, intellectually curious and confident working in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders to improve outcomes for patients and local communities.

The Strategy Team play an important role in working flexibly across the two main functions of the Strategy and Partnership Team:
In addition to these functions, strategy team members play a very integral and important role in building relationships across the Organisation, Acute Provider Collaboratives (APC), Community Health Collaboratives (CHC), Place and Integrated Systems within North East London (NEL). The Strategy & Partnerships Team are ambassadors for strategic long-term thinking and proactively seeking opportunities to further design and embed the strategy throughout the organisation, and support Trust colleagues to further develop their own strategic skills. The Strategy & Partnerships Team is a small but high-profile function within the Trust, and all team members will need to be skilled, competent and confident in communicating and working with senior colleagues from across the organisation and the wider partnerships in Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.
