EPR Testing Lead – 1 WTE
The EPR Team is excited to announce an amazing opportunity to join us as our EPR Testing Lead on secondment or fixed term contract until the end of June 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity right at the heart of the programme to implement the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health.
We are looking for an EPR Testing Lead to work in a fast-paced environment as part of our deployment into Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium Solutions. The role requires a proactive and motivated Testing Lead to drive forward improvement and effectively lead a team of Testing Analysts to meet product goals and thereby achieve organisational goals.

Applicants should be aware that there will be regular attendance at Barts Health sites during the induction period.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract or secondment basis until 30th June 2025.
The EPR Testing Lead will be responsible for supporting the introduction of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solution, Oracle Health Millennium, for Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT).
The role will have line management responsibility for a team of Band 6 EPR Testing Analysts, coordinating their work and ensuring they deliver a high-quality testing function.
The postholder will provide effective leadership and direction to the EPR Testing team, fostering a culture of assurance excellence. They will also act as the technical lead, coordinating testing activities, and continuously reviewing and improving the EPR testing offer.
