We have an exciting opportunity at the Royal Free Hospital to recruit a highly specialist Band 7 Physiotherapist to become a part of our Renal Therapy Team for a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027.
The role is part of an ongoing project for a recently established outpatient therapy team that is responsible for clinics and interventions focussed on frailty management, supportive care and weight management. The role will include data management and outcome measure collection with an aim to secure longer term funding for the role.
The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust Values and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. The individual applying for this position should have experience and skills in integrated therapy working, be flexible and be able to work in an emerging role. Renal experience is desirable but not essential, comprehensive training and support will be provided.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Physiotherapist who is keen to develop their specialist clinical knowledge, management and service development skills.
The successful candidate should be forward thinking and pro-active with excellent organisational and clinical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions under pressure are also required.
The Therapy Department will support the successful applicant by means of regular supervision, appraisal and training.
