Job overview
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team of Rotational Clinical Pharmacists.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across a variety of clinical specialties, including medicine, surgery, care of the elderly, and acute admissions.
The successful candidate will also gain valuable experience through rotations in clinical specialties including: Medicine, Surgery, Care of the Elderly and Acute Admissions and in rotations through Medicines Information, Technical and patient services.

Main duties of the job
The role includes:
- Providing pharmaceutical care to patients from admission to discharge on the wards.
- Participating in the multi-disciplinary team at ward level.
- Day to day working with the Medicines Management Technicians.
- Providing prescribing advice and support to junior medical staff.
- Educating patients about their medicines.
- Participation in clinical audit.
