West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is delivering one of the most ambitious hospital redevelopment programmes in the NHS and we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated SACH Redevelopment  Programme Coordinator (Band 6) to join our Redevelopment Team.   Based at St Albans City Hospital (SACH) (with travel to other sites), you will play a key role in coordinating programme activities, managing procurement and financial processes and supporting project planning and reporting .

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Management of purchase order, invoicing and payment process for redevelopment projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions, and timely approvals.

Programme coordination, including planning, risk and issue tracking, milestone management, and reporting.

Support governance processes by collating reports, maintaining document control, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Work closely with finance, procurement, capital, estates, clinical and operational colleagues, as well as external partners, to support programme delivery.

Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO systems and processes to support effective programme management.
