Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a fixed term contract to support delivery of the Experts at Hand Plan part of the SEND Reform within local schools and EY settings at universal and targeted level. This role will included working within the core service alongside the EAH delivery and close working with OT.

This role would be working across experts at hand and core teams with support from senior colleagues as required (specific caseload to be agreed on appointment), assessing children, providing therapy, working with Speech & Language Therapy assistants, running parent/practitioner workshops, advising families & education staff, and supporting Early Years Practitioners, as part of Integrated Care Services for children and young people with SLCN in Solihull.
