Band 5 EPR Trainer – 4 WTE
The EPR Team and Education teams are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join the us and play a vital role in the training of staff to enable a successful implementation of our new Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health.
To make implementation and adoption of our new EPR a success, it is vital that our staff are fully trained and confident in using the new systems, and the role of the EPR Trainer is key to this success.
Our EPR Trainers will be provide face-to-face and virtual training to a range of trust staff, reviewing and updating lesson plans and resources, and keeping accurate records to ensure delivery of our training plan is a success.
We are looking for individuals with experience of training or mentoring in the workplace and a good understanding of NHS workflows, who are passionate about supporting our staff through this exciting time.

Our EPR Trainer roles are expected to start on 6th January 2025 and are offered on a secondment or fixed-term contract basis until 30th June 2025.
