We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and proactive Staff Nurse to join our specialist Bladder and Bowel Service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in continence care while making a significant difference to the quality of life of adults living with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

The Bladder and Bowel Community Nurse plays a key role in delivering specialist continence care to adults across community settings. Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, the postholder provides holistic assessment, intervention, and management for individuals experiencing bladder and bowel dysfunction. The role involves delivering personcentred care plans, offering clinical expertise to patients, carers, and other health professionals, and promoting continence health through education and preventative strategies.

Triage clinical referrals, prioritise caseloads, and manage urgent continence issues safely and effectively.

Provide training and guidance to other health and social care staff on best practice in continence care.

Promote continence awareness, healthy bladder and bowel habits, and preventative strategies.
