We have one Band 4 Urology Cancer Pathway Navigator position that we intend to fill for early autumn.
To track and navigate patients through the urology cancer pathways – both diagnostic and surveillance.
These will include prostate and bladder patients.
To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the clinical team members of the urology cancer pathways (including cancer McMillan nurses).
The post will work closely with the clinical triage teams for the urology cancer pathways, key stakeholders from other services and liaison with other hospitals.
They will help identify capacity issues, and escalate these in a timely manner, and respond to patient enquiries.
