An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Ardenleigh Women's Secure Blended Service team. The successful applicant will join an already established Occupational Therapy Service, which aims to provide assessment, treatment, rehabilitation to our service users with complex needs.
This job offers the opportunity to:
-To take referrals from the Occupational Therapists to deliver individually planned occupation focussed programmes and groups to support service users with complex needs to move successfully though their care journey. Treatment focusses on the development of skills and knowledge to increase overall functioning and quality of life.
- Enhance skills in various specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions. This will be goal orientated, focussed on developing positive routines, addressing difficulties with motivation, and looking to support individuals in developing self-management skills and strategies to maximise independence.
- Opportunity to work flexibly.

- Work alongside the wider MDT.
